Ibarra ended up in the college town of Athens, Georgia six months before murdering Riley after the Biden Administration flew him there at taxpayers&#8217; expense from JFK airport in New York City.\u00a0 He was in the U.S. illegally thanks to the Biden\/Harris open border policy.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>On the morning of February 22, 2024, Riley was jogging at the\u00a0 University of Georgia campus when Ibarra attacked her.\u00a0 When he attempted to\u00a0 rape Riley she fought back in a battle prosecutors said lasted 17 minutes.
