One tax case was taken up for full briefing and argument, <em>Moore<\/em> v. <em>United States<\/em>, No. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.supremecourt.gov\/search.aspx?filename=\/docket\/docketfiles\/html\/public\/22-800.html\">22-800<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>No criminal or related cases were taken up. Opinions are expected tomorrow.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Unlike the usual tax case, <em>Moore<\/em> is interesting.
