See <a href=\"https:\/\/www.crimeandconsequences.blog\/?p=9896\">this post<\/a>. There are also no opinions dissenting from denial of certiorari. <!--more--><\/p>\n<p><em>Glossip<\/em> v. <em>Oklahoma<\/em> has been relisted for this Friday&#8217;s conference, as has <em>Hamm<\/em> (Alabama) v. <em>Smith<\/em>, another case we are following but did not file in. <s>No word on when <em>Grants Pass<\/em> v. <em>Johnson<\/em> will be relisted.<\/s> <strong>Update: <em>Grants Pass<\/em> is also relisted for Friday&#8217;s conference<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The Court hears oral argument today in two immigration cases and one probably moot case about the no-fly list.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The U.S. Supreme Court issued a Monday orders list this morning, taking no new cases and not mentioning the two cases that CJLF filed in.
