Flynn Case Set for Argument June 12

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit has set the Michael Flynn case for oral argument Friday, June 12.

The court issued this order today in In re Flynn, No. 20-5143. The order accepts several amicus curiae briefs and sets this Friday as the deadline for any further amici. The parties may respond by the following Wednesday.

Oral argument is not required in writ cases, but given the high profile of this case it is not surprising that the court ordered it. The D.C. Circuit live streams audio of its oral arguments. There is normally a link on the home page on argument day. The Flynn argument is set for 9:30 a.m. EDT.
