More on Grants Pass Urban Camping Case

Following up on yesterday’s post, the day after setting Grants Pass v. Johnson for conference on October 27, the Court requested the respondents/plaintiffs to respond to the petition by November 6. Obviously, nothing is going to happen on the 27th.
