SCOTUS Monday

The U.S. Supreme Court issued a Monday orders list this morning, taking no new cases and not mentioning the two cases that CJLF filed in. See this post. There are also no opinions dissenting from denial of certiorari.

Glossip v. Oklahoma has been relisted for this Friday’s conference, as has Hamm (Alabama) v. Smith, another case we are following but did not file in. No word on when Grants Pass v. Johnson will be relisted. Update: Grants Pass is also relisted for Friday’s conference.

The Court hears oral argument today in two immigration cases and one probably moot case about the no-fly list.
